Device Information

Overview

This is an adapter for connecting a medium (50 mm) PikoButton (https://www.pikobutton.com/) to camera-type mounts. Specific 4 mm to 1/2″-20 UNC thread adapters are available, but they can be difficult to source or expensive to ship. This adapter is an inexpensive alternative.

How To Use

The mounting adapter is attached to the back of the switch using two machine screws. The mounting adapter and the switch can then be attached to a tripod or a mounting arm with a camera connection (i.e., 1/4″-20 UNC) to provide convenient switch placement.

Disability Type Description

This device is designed for users that use PikoButton assistive switches and need to mount them on a camera-type mount.
