Device Information

Overview

The Milk Carton Opener is an aid to make it easier to open screwcap lids, such as those found on Tetra Pak cartons of milk, juice, and stock. This may be useful for people with limited dexterity or grip strength. The aid has two sides that fit two different sizes of cap.

How To Use

To use the device, place the hole in the device over the lid of the carton. This will provide a larger grip for the user on the lid of the carton so less grip force is required to open the lid.

Disability Type Description

The Milk Carton Opener is intended for use by people with limited grip strength, or arthritis.
