Maker, Karl, was fantastic! The pen balls are very helpful. Lots more stability when trying to hold the pen. A perfect experience all the way round. Love you all at Makers Making Change! A million thanks!

The pen ball helps me write without discomfort. The “maker” Ethan was communicative and I cannot thank him enough!
